Fighting Poverty,
Feeding the Hungry
As part of the Catholic
Charities/Interfaith MICAH Campaign to end Long
Island poverty, a youth event will be held on
Tuesday, February 9th at Our Lady of Miraculous
Medal Parish (Wyandanch) to
educate and inspire
young people to work
with the poor
right here in our own community. It will be an
upbeat evening with music, food, youth presentations
and more. This evening is very timely considering
the recent events at OLMM.
